I think he made at least two calculations, first that the Spurs would foul to force free throws instead of a 3, then he thought that if he ever had the ball they would foul him immediately because he's such a bad free throw shooter. given those two considerations I think it makes some sense... but on the other hand maybe just dont do anything crazy and get steph the the fucking ball.

It's absolutely astonishing how poor the Warriors support cast is. Steph creates so many wide open looks, only to see his teammates brick them again and again and again. A couple of times they had wide open layups/dunks and couldn't convert.

Warriors should really make some trade and get a couple of decent pieces.

I get it, you want to play your rotations, but this is another close game that’s getting away from you in the first half of the 4th because you can’t adapt. How many times??

That has been Curry’s set rotation for like 6 years now. The bigger problem is entire possessions where he’s completely uninvolved in the play. When it takes 3 passes to get him the ball, with this group there will inevitably be a turnover or someone will decide to hoist a bad shot.
